All players will be charged an ITF/IPIN Service Fee per tournament in addition to the tournament entry fee:

• HK$480/US$60+IPIN Fee: HK$60/US$7 (Total HK$540/US$67) for maximum TWO Events (One Singles, One Doubles OR Two Doubles).
• HKVTA Life Member: HK$320/US$40+IPIN Fee: HK$60/US$7 (Total HK$380/US$47) for maximum TWO Events (One Singles, One Doubles OR Two Doubles).

Remarks:

1. Applicable to the 2^nd Doubles Event enrollment on the commencement date of the tournament. Players can join a maximum of TWO Events (one singles, one doubles OR two doubles).
2. Awards: Prize money awards are applicable to both Singles and Doubles Events and subject to the draw size. If any categories with less than Six entries, there will be no awards given to the Semi-Finalists.
3. Less Players/Teams: If any categories with less than Four (4) Players or Teams enrolled, such categories will be cancelled. 
4. Acceptance List: Players’ status in a tournament shall not be official until the Entry Deadline and publication of the tournament Acceptance List on the ITF website. Any arrangement, including travel, flights and accommodation made by a player to participate in a tournament prior thereto is made at his/her own risk.

Payment Methods:

1. Players are requested to complete entry payments on or no later than 31 October 2023 (Tuesday) at 4:00pm (HKT) /10:00am (GMT). 
2. Please make the IPIN Fee and Entry Fee in one payment.
3. Payment either by bank transfer to HKVTA’s HSBC A/C no. 567-834155-001 or FPS (fast payment system) via mobile no. 61201566. Please send us the bank deposit/payment receipt with player/events details to email: hkvta1@gmail.com

Notice to players:

1. All players should check the HKVTA website (www.hkvta.com.hk) and/or the ITF for the latest arrangements and schedule. No further notification will be sent to players.
2. ITF daily OOP/Schedule will be published on the night before the next match day.
3. All matches will be decided by 2 Tie-break sets and a 3^rd set by 10-point Tie-break. “No Ad deuce” will be applied to all Singles and Doubles matches.

Prize Presentation Ceremony & Prize Collection:

All winners must be present in the prize presentation ceremony to get the prizes. Any winners who are absent from the prize presentation ceremony will not be awarded any prizes.

Accommodation:

Overseas player(s) can reserve nearby hotels at own discretion (recommendation: Rosedale Hotel, Nina Hotel Causeway Bay, Regal Hong Kong Hotel Causeway Bay).
