All players will be charged an ITF/IPIN Fee per tournament in addition to the tournament Entry Fee:

• Entry Fee: HK$480/US$60 + IPIN Fee: HK$60/US$7 (Total HK$540/US$67) for maximum TWO Events (One Singles, One Doubles OR Two Doubles).
• HKVTA Life Member OR CRC Member: Entry Fee: HK$320/US$40 + IPIN Fee: HK$60/US$7 (Total HK$380/US$47) for maximum TWO Events (One Singles, One Doubles OR Two Doubles).

Prize Money:

Champion: Up to HK$1,000/ 800/ 400 (for draw size 16/ 8/ 4)
Runner-Up: Up to HK$500/ 400/ 200 (for draw size 16/ 8/ 4)
Semi-finalists: HK$200 (if draw size is 16)

Remarks:

1. Entry Payments: In accordance with Rule 52 of the ITF World Tennis Masters Tour 2023 Regulations, any entered player who has not paid the entry fee in accordance with the payment instructions and deadline will risk being withdrawn.
2. Less Players/Teams: If any categories with less than Four (4) Players or Teams enrolled, such categories will be cancelled. 
3. Acceptance List: Players’ status in a tournament shall not be official until the Entry Deadline and publication of the tournament Acceptance List on the ITF website. Any arrangement, including travel, flights and accommodation made by a player to participate in a tournament prior thereto is made at his/her own risk.

Payment Methods:

1. Players are requested to complete entry payments on or no later than 2 Jan 2023 (Tue) at 4:00pm(HKT). 
2. Please make the IPIN Fee and Entry Fee in one payment.
3. Payment Methods: (1) Bank transfer to HKVTA’s HSBC A/C No. 567-834155-001, (2) FPS (Fast Payment System) via mobile no. 6120-1566. Please send the bank deposit slip or payment receipt with players/events details to email: hkvta1@gmail.com.

Notice to players:

1. All players should check the latest match arrangements and schedule at HKVTA website: www.hkvta.com.hk and/or ITF website: www.itftennis.com. No further notification will be sent to players.
2. ITF daily OOP/Schedule will be published on the night before the next match day.
3. All matches will be decided by 2 Tie-break sets and a 3^rd set by 10-point Tie-break. “No Ad Scoring” will be applied to all Singles and Doubles matches.

Prize Presentation Ceremony & Prize Collection:

All winners must be present in the prize presentation ceremony to get the prizes. Any winners who are absent from the prize presentation ceremony will not be awarded any prizes.
